The trip permission slip is one more small step to protect volunteers and volunteer activities in your town. It can be adapted to a variety of purposes to protect the volunteer, at least in part, from liabilities related to unpaid supervision or intervention in local town business.
- Make sure you get signed copies from all parents. In particular, make sure you get signed copies from any individuals who you believe may be litigious.
